30 years experience in the practice of immigration law, Mr.
Hirson co-manages the Firm's Irvine office and is the partner in
charge of Fragomen's Consular Practice, which facilitates the
processing of U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications
filed at U.S. Consulates and Embassies worldwide. He has been
certified as a Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by
the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization for
20 years. He has been retained by many high net worth
individuals in their immigration related investments in the
U.S. Mr. Hirson currently co-chairs Committee on Consular
Processing Southern California Chapter of AILA (American
Immigration Lawyers Association) and chairs on Congressional
Liaison Southern California Chapter of AILA. He alo served as
chairman of Investors Visa Committee of AILA.
Mr. Gibson is an EB-5 due diligence expert. He also operates

the Year in 2010. Mr. Gibson also serves on the board of

and professional author, Kevin has assisted many entrepreneurs

operation through the Regional Center mechanism. As an IMPLAN

analysis, in many divergent industries, that demonstrate the

Mr. McCarthy’s primary
